Where we deliver
All orders over the value of £150.00 have free delivery.
All orders under £150.00 are charged as follows;
Local delivery is FREE to postcodes; SP5 2, SP5 3, SP6 1, SP6 2, SO16, SO40, SO43, SO51, SO52
Delivery to postcodes; BH24, SO14, SO15, SO17, SO41, SO42, SO45, SO53, SP5 1, SP6 3 is charged at £3.95
Delivery to postcodes; BH25 & BH31 is charged at £4.95
NATIONAL DELIVERIES
All orders over the value of £175.00 have Free Delivery
Orders under the value of £175.00 are charged at £15
Delivery days
Our current delivery day is normally a Friday, sometimes a Thursday. We can deliver to your home or work address. Local deliveries are made by our splendid drivers Nick or Len, in our own refrigerated van. All other deliveries are made by our partner Parcelforce. Due to the nature of the contents, it would always be best for you to receive your delivery in person. However, should this not be possible, we can instruct delivery to be made to a safe place of your choosing, or a neighbour. We would, of course, recommend transferring the goods to a fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery. If you do not receive your parcel in person, we cannot be held responsible for the temperature of the product, should it be left unrefrigerated for too long.
Packaging
Local deliveries will arrive in a recycled cardboard box, or a paper carrier bag. No additional packaging is required due to being delivered in a refrigerated van. We use recycled cardboard food boxes with an environmentally friendly, fully compostable natural sheep’s wool lining for our courier deliveries. In tests, we have found that the product stays at the correct temperature for longer than the required time for transportation.
How the ordering process works
We would be grateful for 48 hours notice for all orders please.
Please order online and choose either collection or delivery. Collection days are Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Please pay in the shop as normal for collections. For collections only, if you would like to add any additional items that you know we sell, and can’t see them in the shop, please use the ‘Notes’ section.
For deliveries, the delivery charge will automatically be added according to your postcode. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email, so you know we have your order. You will then receive an additional email with the confirmed delivery date.
