With five generations of olive growing heritage in southern Spain, when Lola moved to Hampshire after marrying Ben, her family’s olive oil and style of cooking came with her.
Lola embraced British culture and traditions, learning new recipes from Ben’s family. Yet, she always added a special ingredient, her family’s olive oil. The combination created healthy and delicious results. Now, the same family grown olives are milled with help from Ben in Spain, introducing a passionate, British touch.
