All of our steak meat is traditionally dry-aged for a minimum of 32 days.
Why do we Dry-Age?
To allow the meat to mature under a controlled environment. During this maturation process, natural enzymes are released into the meat, which enhances flavour & tenderness. Thus, giving a firmer textured product, and will cook better due to the lack of moisture, which would normally be retained in the meat, had it not been dry-aged.
This is primarily why our beef differs from supermarket meat.

Important Information
You can only add items from the Christmas Section to your Christmas Order. YOU CANNOT ADD ANY OTHER ITEMS.
Christmas Orders: are taken from Sat 26th October. The last date to order Thursday 12th December.
However, if suppliers run low, then this date may be moved forward.
A deposit of 20% is payable when you place your order. The balance is to be paid on collection.
Collection dates:
Sunday 22nd December Morning 9am-12pm OR Afternoon 1pm -3pm
Monday 23rd December Morning 3am-12pm OR Afternoon 1pm -4pm
Tuesday 24th December Morning 10am – 1pm

Local Delivery: We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots, please contact us prior to ordering to secure your slot. Then place your order, and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your bag.
Email [email protected] or call 01794 322686. To see if you qualify as LOCAL. The Christmas Order delivery day is Monday 23rd, which incurs a £10.00 charge. We cannot guarantee a delivery time I’m afraid.
