Within the box are 3 x different flavour cures; sweet cure, pancetta style & maple smoked sweet cure. One is used for each time bacon is made, therefore you will need to but more Pork to make the second & third flavours.

When ordering, please specify if you would like the Pork or a voucher in the box.
