One of the most prized cuts of beef, fillet is renowned for its exceptional tenderness, delicate texture and wonderful flavour. It’s an elegant alternative to the traditional Christmas turkey and makes a fabulous centrepiece for a festive celebration.

Our fillet comes from English beef, carefully selected by our butchers and traditionally dry-aged to develop tenderness and flavour.

All our steak meat is traditionally dry-aged for a minimum of 32 days. During this process, natural enzymes help tenderise the beef, while moisture loss concentrates its flavour, giving it a beautifully matured taste and texture.

A whole fillet is particularly lovely roasted and carved into generous slices, or prepared as a classic Beef Wellington for an extra-special Christmas meal.

Orders open: Monday 26th October 2026.

Last date to order: Saturday 12th December 2026.

Christmas Deposit & Balance Payment

A 20% deposit is payable online when you place your Christmas order.

The remaining 80% balance is payable when you collect your Christmas order from the shop.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE ONLINE.

You do not need to pay the full amount when ordering, unless you wish to do so.

Christmas Local Delivery

We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots available for Christmas orders.

Delivery day: Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

A £10 delivery charge applies.

You must contact us BEFORE placing your order to secure a delivery slot and check that your address qualifies for local delivery.

Once your delivery has been agreed, place your Christmas order and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your basket.
