Christmas Ordering
When can I order?
Our Christmas order book opens on 26th October, with the last orders taken on Thursday 12th December*.
However, if you require a Whole Turkey, FR Crown or FR Breast Roast, we need your order by the 2nd December to guarantee you any size of bird, if you order after this date there may be limited sizes available.
*If our suppliers run low, this date could be brought forward, so we suggest you don’t leave it until the last minute to order!
Can I order online?
Yes! Please order ONLINE, in PERSON, or over the TELEPHONE. 01794 322686.
With regard to joints of meat, if you don’t see the size you require online (we can only show a limited number of sizes), please do order in a different way. We can do any size of joint you require!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
When do I pay the balance?
On collection.
When do I collect my order?
When you place your order, you will need to choose a collection time & date.
These are the options;
Sunday 22nd December Morning 9am-12pm OR Afternoon 1pm -3pm
Monday 23rd December Morning 3am-12pm OR Afternoon 1pm -4pm
Tuesday 24th December Morning 10am – 1pm
Can I change my collection day once it’s booked?
This involves an awful lot of admin our end, so we request you do not change your collection day.
Can I change my order?
We have to put our orders into suppliers, so no, please do not change your order.
Are the products fresh or frozen?
All of our Christmas products are fresh
Can I add other products onto my order?
On your Christmas order, you can only choose items that are on the Christmas PRICE LIST.
We will be open everyday the week before Christmas for your last-minute goodies, and the shop will be open during the Christmas collection days.

Can I buy other goods when I collect my order?
Yes
Can you bone & roll my Turkey?
We can either; remove the legs, leaving a Crown, then bone & roll the legs. Or, bone and roll the whole Turkey.
Please also let us know if you would like to keep the bones.
Are you making home made Beef Wellington?
Yes, and a Pork Wellington
They will be approx 900g, to serve 4 people.
Do you sell cook ham?
Yes.
Do you sell FREE-RANGE Fowl?

Just for Christmas orders, the delivery day is Monday 23rd, with a delivery cost of £10.00. We will deliver locally ONLY.
Please contact Sarah prior to placing your order to book your delivery slot, as we have a limited number available.

If ordering online, don’t forget to add ‘delivery’ to your order, then choose LOCAL PICKUP on the payment page. We do not however offer courier deliveries during December.

What Payment Options Do I Have?
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and cash in the shop! We do not accept American Express.
I Can't Find The Product I Would Like?
If it’s not online, we can probably source it for you, please give Sarah a call 01794 322686.
Do You Sell Pannage Pork?
Yes, in the Pannage season. Please see our Pannage Page for more information.
What is Your Guarantee?
Our supplier is Andrew at Storms Farm, Cadnam which is 10 mins down the road from us.
Do You Offer Click and Collect?
Our shop collection days are Thursday – Saturday. WE DO NOT OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE ON TUESDAYS OR WEDNESDAYS.
Is Everything in Stock?
Do You Have Gluten Free Options?
Yes! We specialise is GF. You will find most of our seasonings, half of our sausages, all burgers, and lots more GF in our shop!

How Much Does Delivery Cost?
LOCAL DELIVERIES
All orders over the value of £150.00 have free delivery.
All orders under £150.00 are charged as follows;
Local delivery is FREE to postcodes; SP5 2, SP5 3, SP6 1, SP6 2, SO16, SO40, SO43, SO51, SO52
Delivery to postcodes; BH24, SO14, SO15, SO17, SO41, SO42, SO45, SO53, SP5 1, SP6 3 is charged at £3.95
Delivery to postcodes; BH25 & BH31 is charged at £4.95
NATIONAL DELIVERIES
All orders over the value of £175.00 have Free Delivery
Orders under the value of £175.00 are charged at £15
Where Do You Deliver To?
We deliver locally using our own drivers and vans, and deliver to the following postcodes:
Local delivery is FREE to postcodes; SP5 2, SP5 3, SP6 1, SP6 2, SO16, SO40, SO43, SO51, SO52
Delivery to postcodes; BH24, SO14, SO15, SO17, SO41, SO42, SO45, SO53, SP6 3, SP5 1 is charged at £3.95, and BH25 & BH31 is charged at £4.95.
We delivery Nationally (UK Mainland) using Parcelforce.
When Will I Receive My Delivery?
Our normal local delivery days are Fridays, sometimes Thursdays.
If you would prefer a specific day, please note this on your order, otherwise we will confirm the delivery day on receipt of your order by email.
Our National (Courier) deliveries are on a Thursday.
We need 48 hours’ notice, therefore the latest you can order is 3pm on a Wednesday for delivery on Friday the same week.
How is My Order Delivered?
National deliveries are sent with guaranteed next-day service with Parcelforce. Your produce will all be vacuum-packed, the box is lined with a sheep wool biodegradable liner, with additional cool packs to keep the meat cool. This method will keep the produce at the correct temperature for 48hrs.
What Do I Do If My Order Hasn't Been Delivered?
If you think your delivery hasn’t been made on time, please contact us straight away on 01794 322686.
Do I Need To Be in To Sign For My Delivery?
Local deliveries.
We would prefer you to be in so that the produce can be put straight away into a fridge. If, however, this is not possible, please let us know of a safe place, or a neighbour to leave it with.
National deliveries.
Your delivery will be on a Thursday. Please advise a safe place for the courier to leave it, just in case you have to pop out.
