There’s nothing quite like a traditional roast pork dinner, especially when it comes with a generous helping of golden, crispy crackling!

Our Christmas Free Range Pork Loin comes from Storms Farm in Cadnam, just a short distance from our shop here in the New Forest.

Pork loin is a lovely, neat roasting joint, with beautifully tender meat and more flavour than a traditional leg of pork. And, of course, it’s an excellent choice if you love proper pork crackling!

Expertly prepared by our butchers, this is a fantastic centrepiece for your Christmas table.

• 3kg minimum weight – Serves approximately 10 people

Cooking & Serving Suggestions

For the perfect roast pork, make sure the skin is thoroughly dry before cooking and season generously with salt.

Start roasting at a high temperature to help the crackling develop, then reduce the heat to cook the pork gently until tender and cooked through.

Allow your joint to rest before carving, keeping the crackling uncovered so it stays beautifully crisp.

Serve with golden roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing and plenty of delicious gravy.

And don’t forget to save yourself a good piece of crackling!

For Christmas orders, alternative weights are available in 500g increments only, for example 1.5kg, 2.5kg or 3.5kg.

Last date to order: Saturday 12th December 2026.

Christmas Deposit & Balance Payment

A 20% deposit is payable online when you place your Christmas order.

The remaining 80% balance is payable when you collect your Christmas order from the shop.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE ONLINE.

You do not need to pay the full amount when ordering, unless you wish to do so.

Christmas Local Delivery

We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots available for Christmas orders.

Delivery day: Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

A £10 delivery charge applies.

You must contact us BEFORE placing your order to secure a delivery slot and check that your address qualifies for local delivery.

Once your delivery has been agreed, place your Christmas order and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your basket.
