Our British Beef Short Ribs are a richly flavoured cut of beef taken from the lower rib section, known for their incredible marbling, deep beefy flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture when slow cooked.
Short ribs are becoming increasingly popular thanks to their versatility and rich taste. They are best cooked low and slow, allowing the meat to become beautifully tender while the marbling breaks down for maximum flavour.
