Our Dry Cured Green Streaky Bacon is handmade in-house using Free Range pork from Storms Farm in Cadnam, New Forest and cured using Mike’s own carefully developed sweet cure recipe.

Unlike mass-produced bacon, our streaky bacon is traditionally dry-cured for 6–10 days, allowing the cure to slowly develop throughout the meat. This traditional method creates a richer flavour, firmer texture and significantly less water loss during cooking.

Cut from the pork belly, streaky bacon contains beautiful layers of meat and fat which crisp wonderfully when cooked. It’s perfect for breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches, wrapping around chicken or sausages, or adding depth of flavour to your favourite recipes.

All of our bacon is made right here in our shop by our butchers, ensuring complete control over quality, flavour and consistency.
