There’s nothing quite like a proper butcher’s sausage, and ours are something we’re particularly proud of!
Our Traditional Handmade Pork Sausages are made right here in our own butchery, using locally sourced pork from Storms Farm in Cadnam, just 10 minutes down the road.
With a minimum 95% pork meat content, these are proper, meaty sausages, packed with flavour and made the traditional way by our butchers.
We make them fresh every Wednesday, ready for you to enjoy from Thursday onwards.
And with three delicious flavours to choose from, there’s something for everyone!

Simply Pork
Sometimes simple really is best!
Made with our lovely local pork, seasoned with just salt and pepper, allowing the natural flavour of the pork to shine through.
A proper traditional pork sausage, perfect for breakfast, sausage and mash or the BBQ.
Pork & Marmalade
A delicious twist on the traditional pork sausage!
The addition of marmalade gives these sausages a lovely sweet tang, which works beautifully with the rich flavour of the pork.
A little different, and absolutely delicious!
Hampshire Sausage
Our own wonderfully flavoursome Hampshire Sausage, made with local pork and a delicious blend of thyme, sage, coriander, pepper and light spices.
A lovely traditional herby sausage, packed with flavour and perfect for a hearty family meal.
Gluten Free Available
All three flavours are also available Gluten Free, so you can enjoy your favourite sausage without missing out.

Cooking Tips
Our traditional pork sausages are wonderfully versatile.
Pan-fry: Cook gently over a medium heat, turning regularly until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Oven: Roast at approximately 180°C fan until golden and thoroughly cooked.
BBQ: Cook over a moderate heat, turning regularly to avoid burning the skins.
Always cook thoroughly until the centre reaches 75°C.
Our tip: Try the Pork & Marmalade sausages with creamy mash and onion gravy, or the Hampshire Sausages with buttery mashed potatoes and seasonal greens.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for home freezing.

Our sausages are freshly made every Wednesday and available from Thursday onwards.
Please allow 2 days’ notice for online orders.
Collection: Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Local Home Delivery: Friday only. Please order by 5pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
