How's your knowledge of Pork cuts? Here's a picture to help.

Pork Loin is your traditional straight forward roast, which as you know will give you perfect crackling.
.
Leg of Pork, is also perfect for a straightforward roast. If you cook it slowly it can become quite dry.
.
Shoulder of Pork is your go to joint for a slow cook, perfect for 'pulled pork.
.
Belly Pork is a huge favourite with some, but too fatty for others, you can have it boned and rolled, or flat on the bone. Also makes great crackling.
.
Pork Ribs, great for Bbqing, marinade in something yummy, and pop on the BBQ. Eat with your fingers, a bit messy, but delicious!
.
All the Pork we sell is old door reared or free range, usually from our farm, it's Pannage Pork in season, not yet, that's an Autumn thing, and if not from our farm will be as local as possible.

We 😍 dry-aged steaks, the flavour is amazing, have you tried any of our dry-aged steaks? You will find them totally different to anything you would buy in a supermarket.....

We also have Free Range Pork Loin on special offer, which is the perfect roast to make crackling with. For anyone who missed my previous post, here's our top tips to make Crackling!

- always use good quality meat, ours is perfect!
- bring your meat to room temperature before it goes in the oven,
- make sure the skin is dry, you can add salt if you wish, this will enhance the flavour, but doesn't make the crackling any better, so not absolutely necessary.
- cook at 180 degrees, for 20 mins per pound, plus 20 mins. (middle of the oven is better)

Here are our top tips to make Crackling.
- always use good quality meat, ours is perfect!
