Our Lamb Koftas are handmade by our butchers using a minimum of 95% lamb, lightly spiced and finished with a delicious mint glaze.
Inspired by traditional Middle Eastern minced meat kebabs, they’re full of flavour without being overly spicy – making them a great choice for the whole family.
Perfect for the BBQ, grill or oven, serve them with flatbreads, salad, couscous or simply alongside your favourite summer sides.

Our Lamb Koftas are normally sold frozen and can be cooked straight from the freezer, making them a really handy option to keep tucked away for an easy meal.

This is normally supplied as a frozen product. Keep frozen and follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
