“New to bavette? Think of it as the steak your butcher keeps for themselves—full of flavour, great value and fantastic on the BBQ.”

A hidden gem that’s packed with flavour.

If you’ve never tried Beef Bavette Steak, you’re in for a treat. Sometimes known as the butcher’s favourite, bavette is a wonderfully flavourful cut taken from the lower sirloin and rump.

A firm favourite in France, this steak is prized for its rich, beefy flavour and loose texture. Cooked quickly over a high heat and sliced across the grain, it’s one of the most delicious and underrated steaks you can buy.
