Our British Beef Topside is a classic roasting joint, prized for its lean texture, rich flavour and excellent value.

We source our beef in one of two ways. Whenever possible, we buy directly from trusted local farmers. Alternatively, we purchase through our wholesaler, with cattle sourced through Salisbury Livestock Market, meaning the beef will have originated from farms in Wiltshire, Hampshire or Dorset.

This local sourcing helps ensure excellent quality while supporting British farming and maintaining full traceability.

Topside is cut from the hindquarter and is naturally lean, making it ideal for traditional roasting. Cooked correctly and rested well, it delivers tender slices of beef that are perfect for Sunday lunch, family celebrations or special occasions.
