Our Handmade Black Pudding is made right here in our New Forest butchery using Mike’s own carefully developed recipe.

Combining dehydrated blood, pork and bacon fat, oats, and a balanced blend of herbs and spices, Mike creates a black pudding with a rich depth of flavour and a beautifully tender texture.

What makes our black pudding different is the way it’s cooked. While many commercial black puddings are boiled, Mike bakes his in loaf tins, creating a softer, more moist finish that slices beautifully and cooks exceptionally well.

Perfect as part of a traditional full English breakfast, pan-fried until crisp on the outside, or added to casseroles, stuffing, burgers and other hearty dishes.

This is proper artisan black pudding, handmade by butchers who care about quality and flavour.
