Cooking & Serving Suggestions

Place your pigs in blankets on a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven until the bacon is golden and the sausages are thoroughly cooked.

For food safety, make sure the centre of the sausages reaches 75°C.

Serve piping hot alongside your Christmas roast, with plenty of gravy.

They’re also delicious as part of a Boxing Day buffet or tucked into a festive leftover sandwich.

Our advice? Order more than you think you’ll need – they always disappear first!

Orders open: Monday 26th October 2026.

Last date to order: Saturday 12th December 2026.

Christmas Deposit & Balance Payment

A 20% deposit is payable online when you place your Christmas order.

The remaining 80% balance is payable when you collect your Christmas order from the shop.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE ONLINE.

You do not need to pay the full amount when ordering, unless you wish to do so.

IMPORTANT: Please tell us your preferred collection date and time slot in the comments box when placing your order.

Christmas Local Delivery

We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots available for Christmas orders.

Delivery day: Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

A £10 delivery charge applies.

You must contact us BEFORE placing your order to secure a delivery slot and check that your address qualifies for local delivery.

Once your delivery has been agreed, place your Christmas order and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your basket.
