You can’t beat a traditional roast pork dinner, especially at Christmas!

Our Christmas Boned & Rolled Pork Leg comes from Storms Farm in Cadnam, just a short distance from our shop here in the New Forest.

Carefully boned, rolled and tied by our own butchers, this is a lovely, traditional roasting joint with lean, flavoursome meat and skin that’s perfect for making delicious, crispy crackling.

With the bone removed, it’s easy to carve into neat slices, making it a great choice for feeding family and friends around the Christmas table.

Serve with all your favourite festive trimmings, and don’t forget the apple sauce!

Cooking & Serving Suggestions

For lovely crispy crackling, make sure the skin is thoroughly dry before roasting and rub generously with salt.

Start the joint in a hot oven to help the crackling develop, then reduce the temperature to roast the pork until cooked through.

Pork leg is a leaner cut than pork loin or belly, so take care not to overcook it.

Allow the joint to rest before carving, keeping the crackling uncovered so it stays beautifully crisp.

Serve with golden roast potatoes, sage & onion stuffing, seasonal vegetables, apple sauce and plenty of rich gravy.

For Christmas orders, alternative weights are available in 500g increments only, for example 2.5kg or 3.5kg.

Orders open: Monday 26th October 2026.

Last date to order: Saturday 12th December 2026.

Christmas Deposit & Balance Payment

A 20% deposit is payable online when you place your Christmas order.

The remaining 80% balance is payable when you collect your Christmas order from the shop.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE ONLINE.

You do not need to pay the full amount when ordering, unless you wish to do so.

Christmas Local Delivery

We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots available for Christmas orders.

Delivery day: Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

A £10 delivery charge applies.

You must contact us BEFORE placing your order to secure a delivery slot and check that your address qualifies for local delivery.

Once your delivery has been agreed, place your Christmas order and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your basket.
