Our Christmas Rolled Sirloin Joint, sometimes known as Striploin, is a wonderful choice for a traditional Christmas roast.

Made using carefully selected English beef, this premium cut is beautifully marbled, full of rich beef flavour and wonderfully tender when roasted.

Our butchers carefully prepare, roll and tie each joint, creating a lovely, even shape that’s ideal for roasting and carving into generous slices.

All our steak meat is traditionally dry-aged for a minimum of 32 days, allowing natural enzymes to help tenderise the beef while moisture loss concentrates its flavour.

The result is a deliciously matured joint with exceptional flavour and a beautiful texture – perfect for a special Christmas celebration.

Whether you’re gathering the whole family around the table or simply fancy something a little different from turkey, our Rolled Sirloin Joint makes a fantastic festive centrepiece.

• 2kg minimum weight – serves approximately 8 people
• 3kg minimum weight – serves approximately 12 people
• 4kg minimum weight – serves approximately 16 people

Please note: For Christmas orders, roasting joints are available in 500g increments only (for example, 2kg, 2.5kg, 3kg or 3.5kg).

Cooking & Serving Suggestions

Rolled Sirloin is delicious roasted simply, allowing the wonderful flavour of the beef to shine through.

Season generously, roast to your preferred doneness and allow the joint to rest well before carving.

Serve with golden roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables and a rich beef gravy.

Orders open: Monday 26th October 2026.

Last date to order: Saturday 12th December 2026.

Christmas Deposit & Balance Payment

A 20% deposit is payable online when you place your Christmas order.

The remaining 80% balance is payable when you collect your Christmas order from the shop.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE ONLINE.

You do not need to pay the full amount when ordering, unless you wish to do so.

Christmas Local Delivery

We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots available for Christmas orders.

Delivery day: Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

A £10 delivery charge applies.

You must contact us BEFORE placing your order to secure a delivery slot and check that your address qualifies for local delivery.

Once your delivery has been agreed, place your Christmas order and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your basket.
