Tracklements chop fresh mint and combine it with cider vinegar and a little lemon juice to give it that lovely zing. It’s a simple, traditional recipe, just like Grandma would have made.

With 29% mint, it’s the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful roast leg or shoulder of English lamb, especially with crispy roast potatoes and plenty of gravy.

Serving Suggestions

Serve generously alongside our Christmas English Leg of Lamb or slow-roasted shoulder of lamb.

It’s delicious with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a good helping of gravy.

And don’t forget the leftovers! A little mint sauce is lovely in a cold lamb sandwich or stirred into a dressing for a Boxing Day salad.

Christmas Deposit & Balance Payment

A 20% deposit is payable online when you place your Christmas order.

The remaining 80% balance is payable when you collect your Christmas order from the shop.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE ONLINE.

You do not need to pay the full amount when ordering, unless you wish to do so.

Christmas Local Delivery

We have a limited number of LOCAL DELIVERY slots available for Christmas orders.

Delivery day: Tuesday 22nd December 2026.

A £10 delivery charge applies.

You must contact us BEFORE placing your order to secure a delivery slot and check that your address qualifies for local delivery.

Once your delivery has been agreed, place your Christmas order and add the “DELIVERY ITEM” to your basket.
