We take beautifully flavoured Picanha beef, thinly slice it into steaks and coat each one in a delicious mixed pepper crumb.
Picanha is a wonderfully tasty cut of beef, prized for its rich, beefy flavour. The pepper crumb adds a lovely savoury kick, making these steaks a fantastic choice for a quick and easy dinner.

Cooking Tips
These thinly sliced steaks are best cooked quickly over a medium-high heat.
Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the steaks, turning as needed until cooked to your liking.
BBQ or grill: Cook over a medium-high heat, taking care not to burn the pepper coating.
Allow the steaks to rest briefly before serving.

Local Home Delivery: Friday only. Please place delivery orders by 5pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
