• This delicious new take on a classic chicken dish comprises of a 1.5kg fresh Chicken soaked for 24 hours in a lightly spiced brine to seal in the natural moisture. Provided with your choice of enriching butters to enhance the flavour to another level. Choose between a zingy lemon thyme butter or a malted butter with an earthy truffle like flavour. All sealed in its own cooking bag which you just sit in a simmering lidded saucepan for 45 min, then finish in the oven or on the barbecue for 15 minutes.
