Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Consistently brilliant service. The monthly meat boxes are great and really good value for money. The quality of the meat is excellent and tastes incredible. The staff are always extremely helpful and it's never any trouble if you need any different cuts of meat.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely breakfast and very good black pudding. It would have benefitted from being on a hot plate as it became cold rather quickly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bought and paid for a bag of things early in the day and the chap at the till said he would keep it for us to collect later. I didn't pick up on the fact that he said he would put everything in the freezer rather than the fridge. So when we collected everything was semi-frozen including the courgettes. The chicken pie filling was good but the top crust was thin and dry and the base was soggy. The whisky custard was thin and not especially flavourful and the sticky toffee pudding was sadly the worst I have ever eaten. It felt as if it was made with stale bread. The good things were the trout pate, garlic butter, smoked cheese, courgettes, and a jar of tomato sauce for pasta.
