Our Favourite Way to Cook It

One of our favourite ways to enjoy feather blade is to cut it into 6–8oz steaks and cook them gently in the slow cooker until they’re beautifully tender.

Alternatively, leave it as a whole piece and cook it low and slow before slicing or pulling apart. Either way, you’ll be rewarded with incredibly succulent beef that’s full of flavour.
