Description
We love local lamb, which is grazed on Hampshire grass! From May to December, we have two local suppliers; Dan Gradidge, at Hawstead Farm, Hursley, and Will Carter, Kilnyard Flock which is based on Broadlands Estate. We work closely with both shepherds, who have very high welfare standards, and provide the greatest level of care for their animals, thus ensuring we supply you with the best quality of tender lamb, which has a delicate flavour.
At other times of the year, our local wholesaler supplies us lamb sourced from local livestock markets, so it is usually from Hampshire, Wiltshire of Dorset. We like to keep it local.
